Every order we ship leaves from Yiwu, Zhejiang — the small-commodities hub where most of the factories behind our home-storage, kitchenware and power-tool ranges are located. Novel Home Goods is the export brand of YIWU RUIHA TRADING CO.,LTD. This page sets out what actually happens between a confirmed order and a container leaving Yiwu, and what we do and do not publish about that process.
From inquiry to quotation
Send the model, the quantity and the destination market and we reply with a quotation, usually within 24 hours. Prices are reference FOB Yiwu values unless the quotation states otherwise. The minimum order quantity is shown on every product page: 50 pcs on the power-tool models, 100 pcs on most storage and kitchen models, and 1,000 pcs on a few textile and daily items. Final price, payment terms and the delivery date are confirmed in writing on the official quotation.
Sampling before mass production
Samples are available before mass production and usually leave within about 7 days. Sample cost and shipping are charged upfront; where agreed in writing, the sample cost is refunded against a confirmed bulk order.
Production and lead times
These are the lead times we publish, and they apply to the models in this catalogue:
- In-stock items ship in 3–7 days.
- Standard production takes 15 days.
- Fully custom orders — size, colour, LOGO or packaging changes — take 25–40 days.
If an order has to hit a fixed date, tell us the target before you commit and we will confirm in writing what is achievable for that model.
Packing, CBM and consolidation
Each product page carries the packing data we hold for that model: quantity per carton, carton dimensions and, where available, gross weight. Those four numbers are enough to calculate the CBM per set, and CBM is what your forwarder prices. If the carton data for a model is missing or looks incomplete, ask us before you book freight rather than after.
Because our range covers storage racks, utility carts, kitchen items and power tools, most orders are mixed: several SKUs consolidated into one shipment instead of a single-SKU container. Mixed loading changes the carton count and the loading plan, so send the final SKU list and quantities before the goods are packed. What we do not publish
We publish MOQ, carton data, lead times and the certification status for each model. We do not publish warehouse floor area, storage capacity or monthly throughput figures, because we cannot evidence them for you. If a supplier quotes you a capacity number, ask for the document behind it.
