The terms that apply when you use this website and submit inquiries.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Inquiries and Quotes
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not create a binding contract. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and are subject to final written confirmation, stock availability and exchange-rate movement.
3. Pricing and MOQ
Prices shown are reference FOB Yiwu values unless stated otherwise. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is published on each product page and confirmed on the quotation. Final price, payment terms and delivery lead time are stated on the official quote.
4. Samples
Samples are available before mass production. Sample costs are charged upfront and deducted from the payment for your confirmed bulk order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics and brand elements — belongs to Novel Home Goods (YIWU RUIHA TRADING CO.,LTD.) or its licensors. Custom product designs are owned as agreed in a separate written agreement.
6. Orders and Liability
We perform our obligations with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. The buyer is responsible for import regulations, customs clearance and compliance in their own country.
7. Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty for normal use. Consumable parts are excluded from this warranty.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang.
