2. Inquiries and Quotes
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not create a binding contract. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and are subject to final written confirmation, stock availability and exchange-rate movement.
3. Pricing and MOQ
Prices shown are reference FOB Yiwu values unless stated otherwise. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product and is confirmed on the quotation. Final price, payment terms and delivery lead time are stated on the official quote.
4. Samples
Samples are available before mass production. Sample cost and shipping are charged upfront; sample cost is refundable against a confirmed bulk order when agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics and brand elements — belongs to Novel Home Goods (Yiwu Ruiheart Trading Co., Ltd.) or its licensors. Custom product designs are owned as agreed in a separate written agreement.
6. Orders and Liability
We perform our obligations with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. The buyer is responsible for import regulations, customs clearance and compliance in their own country.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang.
