Many questions are easier to settle in person. Below is where we are, what you can do on a visit, and how to arrange one.

- You can open the cartons with us and check the goods against your sample — quantity, appearance and packing.
- Custom logo, colors, sizes, materials and packaging can be settled face to face, and you can approve the sample before production starts.
- You can see the warehouse and meet our team in person.
- You may appoint your own inspection company or visit the partner factory running your order. We can also arrange third-party inspection on request.
- Inspection backed by our team — our own checks on request, or a third-party inspector you appoint.
- When goods leave our warehouse, the loading is recorded and the record is available on request.
- Certificates are issued by the partner factories; we verify them and check them against the CE, SABER or NOM requirements your market has. Compliance documents for the model you are buying are available on request.
Product MOQ is set by the manufacturer and stated per model on each product page. Our sourcing service itself has no minimum order size.
China’s visa-free arrangements do not cover every market. Entry rules depend on your passport and your itinerary.
What You Can Do on a Visit
Everything below is already part of the sourcing service we run for overseas buyers:
- Sourcing and matching — tell us what you need; we match the right partner factory anywhere in China for material, finish and price.
- Yiwu market sourcing — we are based in Yiwu and source from the local market and a nationwide partner-factory network.
- Quality checks on request — our own team inspects samples and production lots and shares photo or video self-check records before shipment.
- Export documents — we prepare the export documents for your shipment and work with the forwarder you appoint, on FOB Yiwu terms.
- Partner factory visits — you can visit the partner factory running your order, and appoint your own inspection company.
- Certificates — partner factories issue the certificates; we verify them and check them against your market’s requirements (CE, SABER, NOM and similar).
Live Video Call Instead of Photos
We do not have a photo gallery of the premises yet. What we can arrange instead is a live video call with you.
- Live video call — see the goods and the packing on camera, at the market, in the warehouse or at the partner factory.
- Self-check records on video — for orders already in progress, our own team sends photo or video records before shipment, on request.
- Please request the call in advance and send the list of items you want to see, so we can prepare them before we connect.
How to Book a Visit
Visits are by appointment. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the time and prepare the items you want to see.
- Send us the dates you plan to be in Yiwu, and the products or factories you want to see.
- We reply and confirm the arrangement with you before you travel.
- We tell you which of the two addresses to come to, depending on what you want to see.
We are at Yiwu International Trade City every day — we know which district carries what, so we can plan your route and save you time and money on the trip.
