What we do
Sourcing and factory matching. You give us the product, material, process and target price, and we match your requirements against our partner factories in China. Because we are in Yiwu, we source both from the local market and from a nationwide network of partner factories. After all, we are a trading company and a one-stop sourcing agent: we work with partner factories and a supplier network, and we do not own production lines [F-SVC-0001].
Self-inspection on request and pre-shipment records [F-SVC-0007]. Our team checks samples and production batches as you require, and provides self-check records in photo or video form before shipment [F-SVC-0008]. But you can also appoint your own inspection company to check the goods on site.
Export documents. We prepare the shipping documents FOB Yiwu and coordinate with the freight forwarder you appoint. One boundary to state clearly: the forwarder is your choice, and the transport contract is between you and that forwarder.
Certificates. Certificates are issued by the partner factory. We check the documents the partner factory provides against your target market's requirements (such as CE, SABER or NOM); certificates and test reports can be provided on request.

The day you come to Yiwu
Visits are by appointment [F-SVC-0006]. The appointment has three steps: you send us the dates you plan to be in Yiwu and the categories or factories you want to see; we reply before your trip to confirm; and depending on what you want to see, we tell you whether to come to the office or the warehouse.
Six things can be arranged on the day of your visit: sourcing and matching | buying from the Yiwu market | self-inspection on request | preparing export documents FOB Yiwu | visiting the partner factory handling your order (you may also appoint your own inspection company) | and checking certificates against your target market's requirements.
We do not publish an hour-by-hour schedule for a visit day, and we do not have a factory photo album.
Who is responsible for what
Certificates are issued by the partner factory, not by us; we check them. The forwarder is your choice; we prepare documents FOB Yiwu and coordinate with the forwarder you choose. Choosing a laboratory and registering in the destination country's compliance system are in your hands and your importer's.
The two visa routes
This affects how you plan your trip, so the routes are set out separately.
30-day unilateral visa-free entry. Holders of ordinary passports travelling for business, tourism, visiting relatives, exchange visits or transit, for a stay of no more than 30 days, may enter visa-free; those who do not qualify still need a visa before entry; the stay counts from 00:00 on the day after entry. Valid until 31 December 2026.
These 50 countries are all on the same footing, under unilateral visa-free entry (including the four Gulf states: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain; and five South American countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay); the UAE and Qatar are not part of them and are covered by mutual visa exemption agreements, which are bilateral arrangements, not a unilateral Chinese policy. The common conditions are the same for all 50: ordinary passport, business/tourism/visiting relatives/exchange visit/transit, and no more than 30 days.
Visa-free entry does not require an invitation letter. An invitation letter is one of the supporting documents for an M (business) visa application and has nothing to do with visa-free entry.
African buyers: there is no African country in the 50-country 30-day visa-free list, and none in the 57-country 240-hour visa-free transit list either. African buyers usually apply for a business (M) visa; the invitation letter is usually issued by the Chinese supplier or partner they are buying from, not by us. The road is open; the requirement is a visa, nothing more. Many African buyers now come to Yiwu on a business visa.
