Accessories
One set includes 8 interchangeable brush heads: large flat brush, small flat brush, lint brush, pointed brush, sponge, scouring pad, leather cloth, fiber cloth — covering most surfaces.
What to confirm is whether the heads are easy to fit — that decides whether users actually swap them.
Customization
- Color and branding: the housing color can be customized, with your logo applied by silk screen or UV printing; MOQ for a custom color is 50 units per design;
- Packaging: your own retail box or blister packaging;
- Brush heads: if the market needs it, standard heads can be replaced with special-purpose ones (for example, harder bristles for industrial use);
- Manual language: manuals in the local language are available, which builds trust.
Do not buy the "ultra-cheap" version. The motor and battery in that kind of product are often substandard, and it ends up as returns — which damages your brand.
Certification
Requirements differ for the Middle East, Africa and South America. The common ones are:
- CE / RoHS — the baseline for selling electronics in most markets;
- FCC — often needed for the United States, and useful for wider promotion;
- UN38.3 — required for the air shipment of lithium batteries;
- MSDS — the material safety data sheet for shipping lithium batteries;
- Local certification — for example SASO in Saudi Arabia, SONCAP in Nigeria, ANATEL in Brazil.
Always confirm with your customs broker to avoid delays.
Packing and Shipment
- Packaging: a standard export carton holds 10 units (main unit + 8 brush heads + extension pole + Type-C cable + hook); carton dimensions and weight are confirmed by model and by order;
- Sea freight: 20 ft or 40 ft containers — the exact loading quantity is confirmed against your actual carton configuration; consolidation with other products is arranged by the forwarder you nominate;
- Air freight: faster and more expensive for urgent orders. Lithium batteries must ship as dangerous goods — we prepare the export documents, and the dangerous goods labels and declaration are handled by the forwarder you nominate;
- Protection: each unit wrapped individually against scratches, with foam padding to stop movement.
Minimum Order Quantity, Samples and Lead Time
MOQ is 50 units for standard models; custom branding or packaging can be arranged at the same MOQ — send us the artwork and we will confirm.
Samples are supplied at cost, and the sample fee is refunded after the first bulk order; sample lead time is about 7 days.
Published lead times: standard production 15 days | fully custom 25 to 40 days | stock 3 to 7 days. Sailing time to major ports is about 20 to 35 days.
